What you seem to forget is that Half-Life 2: Episode 2 can still be played on a Nvidia FX5200, this obviously can not. One thing that made Half-Life 2 so successful was the scalability of the game on all different types of hardware. We all know what happens when a game isn't scalable (AKA - Crysis).
DirectX 10 is just starting to take off and now here comes DirectX 11! It seems like this will be in the same boat as DirectX 10, nobody want it and they are happy with DirectX 9.
... I had E71 error, not sure if it's much different than E74 though.
... That the XBL Marketplace is in dire need of a search bar (especially when you're looking a movie or TV show).
It doesn't even look or feel like Half-Life anymore... the environments look cool and all, but he needs to leave the character models how they were.
